Prayer as Commitment

Solomon dedicated the Temple (a twenty-year building project) with a prayer. And he wanted the Temple to serve as a House of Prayer. It was a place where God's people and foreigners could recommit themselves to God. Prayers of commitment, whether big decisions or daily choices, mark our path and fuel our progress as God's people.
